Terms and Conditions For First Rosettes
Hand made rosettes to order. We aim for quality at reasonable cost. No minimum order quantity. Now photographic quality centers on our Ruby Range. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

Minimum order charge – There is no minimum order charge.
Late order charge – Place your rosette order as soon as possible giving the date required. Short notice orders are those placed with less than 2 weeks from the required date, as a result we add a surcharge of 20% of the total order.
Payment Details – Invoicing is directly to the person placing the order, unless instructed otherwise. All goods to remain the property of ‘First Rosettes’ until payment received for such goods. Goods will be dispatched on payment. We accept cheque payment or payment direct into our bank via telephone arrangement.
Substitution – We reserve the right to substitute materials or colours when necessary. All measurements quoted are approximate. In the event of any avoidable changes in terms and conditions or pricing, we will try to give advance warning whenever possible.
Goods – Remain the property of ‘First Rosettes’ until payment in full has been received. Shortage of goods, incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit goods must be reported within seven days of receipt of goods.
Postage and Packing Charges
These prices may vary.
The following is a Guide based on Royal Mail Standard Parcel Mainland, due to weight, these prices will vary.
£4.00 from 1 to 12 Rosettes
£6.80 13 to 30 Rosettes
£8.60 from 31 to 80 Rosettes
£12.50 from 81 to 150 Rosettes
£15.50 from 151 to 200 Rosettes.

Block Printing. (Centers)
The one off set up fee for centers this is currently £5.00 The maximum number of characters including spaces is best kept to 35. Changes to the print setup in any one order will be charged at £0.50 a time. (Excludes center placement changes)
Block Printing. (Tails)
The one off setup fee for tail printing is £3.00 per order, any changes in text being charges at £0.30 per time.
Colour Centers
Colour printing is available on 2 inch (50mm) centers or in limited numbers on any center up to 5 inches in diameter the setup fee is £5.00. Artwork must be presented as a jpg, png or pdf format.
Printing Plates
‘First Rosettes’ can supply these for £28.00. Forward your design in (black and white) pdf format.
File Uploads
The maximum size of file uploads is set to 2MB. Format for file uploads should be either, pdf, png or jpg.
It is not always possible to check the origins of individual designs uploaded. If you think your upload may infringe on a copyright protected design please call us to remedy this.
Any people clearly identifiable in an uploaded image must have consented to have their image displayed, or that you have full rights to display the image and by uploading such images you guarantee that you have read these Terms & Conditions of Uploading such images to ‘First Rosettes’.
By uploading an image you guarantee that such use of the image in the ‘First Rosettes’ website does not violate the rights of any other party, does not result in a breach of contract between you and another party and that you accept responsibility for any royalties or fees due to any other party from the use of the uploaded image.
When uploading an image you are solely responsible for the content and for any offence, claims or damages that arise from the content of those images.
‘First Rosettes’ does not claim any copyright or any kind of ownership rights to the images you upload. By uploading an image to ‘First Rosettes’ website you thereby grant ‘First Rosettes’ full rights to publicly display, copy, reproduce and distribute the image globally on its website or Facebook page. If you do not wish for you upload to be used in the ‘First Rosettes’ website please contact us.
Indemnity from claims.
You agree to indemnify and hold ‘First Rosettes’ and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and representatives free from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your uploading to the ‘First Rosettes’ website of any images or from any violation of any other party’s rights caused by the use of or the content within the images you upload.
