Accounts will be invoiced directly to the person placing the order, unless we are instructed otherwise. We reserve the right to substitute materials or colours if absolutely necessary. All measurements quoted are approximate. In the event of any unavoidable changes in terms and conditions or prices, advance warning will be given whenever possible. Payments for orders are to be made on receipt of our invoice.

Minimum order value excluding P&P £12.

Please place your order as soon as possible and state the exact date the order is required. If placing an order at short notice with less the 2 weeks of the required date a surcharge of £0.50 per rosette will be added.

Payment for goods can either be by Cheque to ‘First Rosettes’, via Paypal or credit/debit cards. If using Paypal a 4% additional charge of the total value of goods plus P&P will be levied. We can take card payments over the phone once again there is a small surcharge for this service.

Please note that payment prior to despatch is the usual requirement.

Postage and Packing Charges.

P&P will be fixed at £4.50 up to 30 Rosettes
£7 from 31 to 60 Rosettes
£9.50 from 61 to 100 Rosettes
£12 from 101 to 130 Rosettes

Please note that for every increment of 30 Rosettes add £2.50
